Exceptional Properties deserve Exceptional Services, and that's what you can expect when I am your Realtor. My job is to listen to your goals and make them mine, and to educate, guide and assist you through the real estate process so you can make the most informed and intelligent decisions and move on with your new life. You want a professional Realtor who takes great care to understand your needs. You need a professional Realtor to work with you who is knowledgeable in many areas, patient and respectful.
So, who is this Realtor, Dyan Nelson Blass, does she really use all those names, and is she really different from the rest of the Realtors out there?
Well, for over 20 years, my career was marketing and advertising, 12 of which were where I owned my own successful Ad/Marketing Agency. When I became a Realtor, I knew that my marketing background would be an asset to my clients, and it continues to be. But it takes more to understand and anticipate the market. So I spend a great deal of time looking at the market analytically, watching it move to a more "normal" market, where it takes effort, strategy and smarts to get things done well. My strong business background, my knowledge of the latest cutting-edge marketing techniques, my own real estate investment experience, and my drive in being educated at the highest levels in the industry, have helped me perform at the highest levels on behalf of my clients. Serving my industry and the community at-large is important to me, so I contribute my time and efforts to a number of important causes: The Professional Advisory Council of the Suburban West Realtors Association where I help "raise the bar" of standards and goals; last year, in cooperation with Habitat for Humanity, I was honored (with my husband and 21 others) by being selected as Pennsylvania Realtors to help build homes in devastated areas in New Orleans. Most importantly, there is my family, my daily inspiration: three grown daughters, two four-legged "sons," St. Tommy Stretch (Tommy, for short), whom we just adopted from Main Line Animal Rescue, (a great place to adopt your next 4-legged family member), who has got to be a mix of giraffe, rabbit, poodle and tough-guy, and Tucker, our trusty 9-year old Golden Retriever, who has been "kidnapped" by my in-laws, who live with us. My wonderful husband, Joe, a high school teacher for 36 years at Strath Haven High School, rounds out the picture.
And, yes, I use all those names ... but you can just call me Dyan, your Exceptional Realtor.
Thanks for visiting my site. Come back often to see new updates, new features and perhaps a short story or two (my blog will be posted as soon as I can figure out how to do it!). My goal is to serve your needs beginning here and now. Call me and let's get started!
